Thank you for shopping with us. All of our products are made to order, which means each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because our products are print on demand, orders require time to be produced before shipping.
Production time: 2–5 business days
Production begins after your order is confirmed
Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or holidays
During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, or product launches), production times may be extended.
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated shipping times (after production):
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Order weight and size
Shipping method selected
All applicable shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be:
Produced at different facilities, and/or
Shipped separately
You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
For international orders:
Customs fees, duties, or taxes are not included in your order total
These charges are the responsibility of the customer
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance
We recommend contacting your local customs office for details specific to your country.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Returned orders caused by address errors may require additional shipping fees to resend
If your package is delayed or appears lost:
Check the tracking link provided in your confirmation email
Contact the carrier directly for real-time updates
If the issue persists, contact us at info@wearesada.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen packages.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Order number
Photos of the item(s)
Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution when applicable.
Because all items are custom printed, please note:
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or color variations
Replacements are issued only for defective or incorrect items
